USES
CHEM-CRETE YUFIX CCC1000 It is formulated to protect dense concrete and masonry surfaces in one application, without altering the color or textural appearance of the surface. CHEM-CRETE YUFIX CCC1000 seals and protects vertical cracks up to 1/16th inch (1.5mm).
Substrates including Heritage building and structures, pre-cast concrete, tilt-up concrete, monolithic concrete, stucco, clay brick, lime stone, granite, marble and other natural or manufactured stone.
APPLICATION
Surface Preparation: Surface must be clean, structurally sound and free of efflorescence, mortar residue and other contaminants that would prevent the penetration of CHEM-CRETE YUFIX CCC1000. Repair surface defects, cracks and voids. Install caulking or joint sealant prior to application. Cure new masonry surfaces for a minimum of 7 days under normal weather conditions.
Techniques: CHEM-CRETE YUFIX CCC1000 may be applied to a dry or slightly damp concrete using airless or low-pressure spray equipment, brush, roller or broom.
Precautions: When spraying CHEM-CRETE YUFIX CCC1000 water repellent, care should be taken to prevent overspray on nearby articles. It can cure on glass, plastic, aluminum and most metals. If contact does occur, wash immediately with water.
- Do not apply to frozen or frost filled surfaces or when temperature is or expected to fall below 40°F (5°C).
- Do not use CHEM-CRETE YUFIX CCC1000 to seal cracks or voids greater than 1/16th of an inch (1.5 mm).
- Keep container closed when not in use.
- Do Not Allow the Product to Freeze

International Chem-Crete is not accountable for any excess material used based on above estimated product coverage rates. For exact product consumption field testing should be preformed on actual substrate surface to determine coverage rates and effectiveness of the product.

Application: Agitate the pail before using. Apply onto the substrate surface at above given coverage data with an even, uniform spreading rate. If a white precipitate should form because of over application after curing of CHEM-CRETE YUFIX CCC1000 and washing with water does not remove it, it maybe necessary to scrub the surface with a brush.
Cleaning: use water to clean application equipment and tools, immediately following use.
STORAGE
Two-year shelf life when stored in cool, dry place in unopened drums. Agitate or stir the bucket or drum before using. Do not store CCHEM-CRETE YUFIX CCC1000 below 40°F (5°C).
SAFETY
As with all construction chemical products, adequate precautions and care must be taken during usage and storage. Avoid direct contact with foodstuff, eyes, skin, and mouth. Always wear protective goggles and gloves. In case of eye contact, flush for 15 minutes with warm water. Keep out of reach of children.
