O’Hare Airport (Chicago) concrete treated with PAVIX

When concrete at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport showed signs of scaling and delamination, PAVIX was chosen to be a key part of the solution.

After an evaluation of the affected area by Dr. Michael Ayers. PhD. of Global Pavement Consultants, it was determined that the risk of further scaling and delamination would be mitigated with the application of a concrete waterproofing product. At his recommendation, and based on the product’s proven laboratory and real-world applications at airports around the world, PAVIX was determined to be the best solution.

PAVIX is dual-crystalline, penetrating concrete sealer based on a patented technology of International Chem-Crete. The technology is effective, environmentally friendly, cost-effective and sustainable.
