Fluorasilicate-based Concrete Hardening & Densifying Product
CHEM-HARD 25 is a colorless magnesium and zinc fluorasilicate base solution that chemically hardens concrete floors, creating a permanent hard abrasion resistant floor surface. CHEM-HARD 25 provides maximum penetrating power for greater in-depth hardening of new and aged concrete floors. CHEM-HARD 25 provides flooring with characteristics which cause high resistance to alkalis, organic or inorganic chemicals, oils, greases and most acids. It also prevents the growth of mildew, fungi and other organisms as well as providing improved wearing qualities. The product is ideal for application on industrial, commercial and warehouse floors to increase water resistance of the concrete floor and dustproofs the surface. CCC625 will accept floor covering adhesives and surface paints.

Applicable Standards:
Taber Abraser CS-17 wheel, 1000 grams at 1000 revolution.
Preparation: Surface to be treated must be clean, dry and free of all dirt, dust, sealers, wax, oils, curing compounds or any other type of foreign matter. Concrete must be cured for 28 days.
Application:
Cleaning: clean all tools and sprayers with Water.
Store all containers between 40ºF (5ºC) and 95ºF (35ºC). Shelf life is 24 months in original unopened container. Do not allow product to Freeze.
Do not allow material to come into contact with glass, aluminum or glazed tile systems. Keep Out of Reach of Children.
